London Stay Hub provides informational neighbourhood recommendations and editorial guidance to help visitors make better-informed choices about where to stay in London.
Pre-launch terms. Final operator identity, jurisdiction and legal contact details will be completed before public soft launch and should receive appropriate legal review.
Informational guidance
Recommendations, neighbourhood guides and London Guides are provided for general travel-planning and informational purposes. They reflect the product’s methodology and editorial judgement but cannot account for every personal circumstance, property-level condition or change in London.
No guarantee of accommodation availability or suitability
A neighbourhood recommendation is not a guarantee that a particular hotel, apartment or other accommodation will be available, affordable, safe, accessible or suitable for you. Property-specific decisions should be checked directly with the relevant accommodation provider and other authoritative sources.
Your travel decisions remain yours
London Stay Hub is intended to support judgement, not replace it. You remain responsible for travel, booking, transport, accessibility, safety and other decisions arising from your trip.
Accuracy and change
London changes. Transport patterns, businesses, neighbourhood conditions and other practical details may evolve after material is published. We aim to keep public content useful and current, but we do not promise that every detail will always be complete or up to date.

Intellectual property and permitted use
Unless otherwise stated, London Stay Hub’s original text, product design, recommendation framework and other original site material are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Third-party photographs and other licensed material remain subject to their respective licences and attribution requirements.
Personal, non-commercial use of the public site is permitted. Republishing, scraping for republication, reselling or presenting substantial parts of the service as your own is not permitted without authorisation, except where applicable law allows otherwise.
